How VRC can help

We can provide a broad range of information and support, as determined by people who have already lived through many of the same experiences and issues. As a central clearinghouse of resources developed by many organizations, VRC has consolidated and organized information in an easy to use format.

To accomplish this we provide mentors to assist in finding and choosing the most appropriate resources and to provide encouragement and aid in making good decisions. Many of our mentors are veterans who experienced similar uncertainties about what to do and how to best proceed; all care deeply about those who serve and have served our country.

How Mentors can help:

Career planning
Business start up advice
Family support
Peer-to-peer assistance and support
Financial advice and counseling

Career Planning

Veterans Resource Central has created a free guide for career Planning that take you through a step by step process that will aid in obtaining a job in the career field of your choice.  It includes help with creating a resume, a skills inventory and a work values inventory.
